Day 48: The Day Before The Day After...


Well this is the day before my plan. Tomorrow I intend to read through my first post again to find all the things I said I'd do and make a thorough plan as to what I am going to do.


It's going to be a thorough plan and will incorporate exercise, food, mental health and reading up on a healthy lifestyle. I need to make sure that I know what I'm doing this time and ho into it with my eyes open.


I've signed up to Men's Health magazine to help figure out ways forward. I've downloaded an app that will help me build muscle and also an app to help me record my calories. There will be a long blog tomorrow with my plan so that I can reflect on my progress and the plan itself.


So hopefully things from here, no matter how hard, will be going the way I want it to. It's time to carry on and be the healthy individual I started and want to be.
