Day 47: Another Day In London.

Only a short one again.


I have done a lot of steps today, which I think will take the edge off the pizza I had for dinner.


I think, after tomorrow (the last day of my London adventure) I'm going to make a plan that I can stick to. One that allows me to eat and enjoy the things I eat, but also be healthy and fit at the same time.


When I first started, moderation was the key and it helped me lose 9lbs. Since then, I have managed to sneak backwards and lose that art, so this is something I need to get back to.


Also I need to exercise mindfulness when I eat, slow down and think about what I am eating. But more on this when I've made the plan to get back on track. The good thing is that I have not put on weight, the bad thing is I'm not eating as healthily as I need to be. But this is a journey with many routes and side tracks. Now it's time to get back on the motorway.


I've had a lovely day back on the London Eye but at night this time and it is so much better at night! Madame Tussauds was absolutely packed, the London Dungeon was fun and it rained...a lot. But still, it was a good day and tomorrow is the last day. Back home and back to reality.


And back to planning.
