Day 46: A Day Out.

Not a long post tonight as it has been a very long day and I'm very tired but wanted to keep myself reflecting on my lifestyle.


Walked a lot today and spent the day wandering around London and lots of sites. We visited the London Eye, twice, the Shrek Experience, and more. Managed a lot of steps, so all good.


I don't know what happened but I maintained after everything I did to try and lose 4lbs. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement, but I have to love with it and move on. I'm probably looking at maintaining this week also, as I know I'll not be eating healthily a lot for the first three days.


Had a full English with lots of protein and then had dinner at about 7, nothing in between. We all had Macdonalds for dinner and I had a beer. But I already knew this was going to happen for the first days, so I'm ok with it.


Another long day tomorrow so hopefully will also get a lot of steps in to compensate for the restaurant dinner later. Already looked at the menu and know what I'm having so I can limit the calories.


I've enjoyed the day and have had a good experience. I hope your day has also been a pleasant one. Oh, one thing before I go, try to avoid the London Eye in gale force winds...scary!
