
Today was a better day. This isn't a long blog, as I am tired and ready for bed. I didn't realise how screen fatigue can affect you until this week. I don't think I have done much more than stare at a screen, so the lest thing I want to do today is have more screen time...I'm sure you understand.
So I have exercised, 35 minutes of PT, which was part resistance, part cardio. I have walked about 8,000 steps, not eaten any unhealthy and even though I was tempted to, still no beer!
If only all days were like this I'd be thin in no time! Well, in less time than I would if every day were like the last two!
