Day 372: TFI Friday.

A very short one today as I am exhausted and I really just want to curl up in bed and go to sleep.


My day has been hectic, with more changes from the school because of the changes by the government, who then force changes through the DfE, etc. Eaten well today and stupidly missed breakfast because I was so busy. Thankfully I didn't slip. I feel stupid really, especially after my blog yesterday looking at the dangers of missing a meal. I believe the willpower and motivation I have, having started again, is fresh, so this also helped me.


I weighed myself today and had lost about 6.5lbs, although I know this will fluctuate, but I am happy with that. I feel lighter, in fact, and can bend down again and put my socks on without needing to sit up five times!


Good times!
