Day 366: Another Fine Day.

A short and sweet post today as I am tired and just want to settle down in my bed with a good book and a cup of tea...with maybe a sneaky whisky later. I have done my 6th day of exercises and stretches, the first time I have done that much since the end of September, so I am quite pleased in that sense. I have also done a lot of tidying and a lot of reading today, as well as some school work, so it has been a productive day. I have a couple of beers left, so they should be finished ready for my damp January. No beer and a double whisky per week (which I can have as two singles if I wish). oh, and I have walked 10,000 steps.


I hope that your day has also been productive and healthy. So until tomorrow, enjoy the last part of the holidays, if you're not already back.
