Day 361: Exercise.

Today I got back on the exercise bandwagon and started doing my Team Body Project videos. The last time I did that I was doing the set of videos that only the fittest people on TBP were doing...today I did the beginner and found it tiring. It just shows how far and how quickly you can fall from your previous fitness levels.


However, I also know that it won't take me long to get back to my prior fitness levels, so long as I know my limitations and ensure that I am losing the weight. Part of the reason I found it so hard today is definitely because I have a lot more weight on me than I did previously.


Anyway, there isn't much to this short reflection today, as I have a zoom reunion. We normally have a weekend away reunion (my uni friends) but this year it has to be zoom. Therefore, as a reflection of my day, I have to admit to having a chippy tea tonight and enjoying it thoroughly...with my daughter. Having her back is a joy and therefore we had a celebratory takeaway, which was her choice.


I will continue to stretch ( as I have done today) and continue to exercise and then add my final part of eating healthily on Monday. I am looking forward to it, although my muscles are also telling me that I haven't exercised for a few months. It is a nice fatigue though.


So until tomorrow, I hope you have a great and healthy day and keep being grateful, as I am, for the life's little pleasures.
