
Only a very short post tonight as I am exhausted. I expect that this will be the same over the next few weeks as there is decorating and school work and a review to write as well as whole school literacy to sort out. Finding time to write a reflection is becoming increasingly difficult but I really want to keep reflecting, so here I am, sat in bed with my phone looking at my day.
I have run my two miles this morning, painted two walls and walked 18,500+ steps so, in terms of exercise, I am most certainly maintaining the work rate I'd want to in order to continue losing weight. Yesterday was simply me completely forgetting to write anything as work and decorating took up a lot of my time. On the plus side, Sunday saw a friend come over and run with me which pushed me to a personal best time.
In terms of eating, I have eaten mostly healthily today, although a packet of crisps and a mini double decker have passed my lips. I can't say I didnt enjoy it because I did and I am also happy that I was able to restrict it only to that. I'm feeling absolutely exhausted at the moment and that normally means eating a lot more than I should, but those small treats have been the only thing I have eaten today.
Tomorrow is another day and I am hoping that I can work on today's successes and push on to even greater exercise and eating healthily. I'm also trying to make sure that I am eating less carbs but I am finding it really hard because all the food I love is packed full of 'em! I'll try again tomorrow!
