Day 223: A Hot Day.

A short blog tonight to try and figure out my plan.


I have walked over 12,000 steps today and done the workouts to end all workouts...at least that's how it felt to me. I woke up this morning really not wanting to do anything but go back to sleep and then, when the workout video came on the commentator talked about being ready for it, being ready to get in to it and give it your all and so I stopped thinking that I didn't want to do it and instead simply got on with it.


It was a great feeling to simply stop telling myself that I couldn't do it and get on with it. I didn't feel fatigued, I didn't feel like I needed a break, I felt energised and really, really excited that I was back on track. I had always poo pood mantras and thought that they were a waste of time, but doing it this morning and it really working made me change my mind completely.


So now I know that I do not need motivation to go through with my plan and journey, I just need to get on with it.


I told you this would be a small, short blog tonight.
