
This is a very short post tonight as I completely forgot to reflect on my day. I was too busy watching the Chelsea match and celebrating Liverpool winning the title.
I didn't manage the power day I was hoping for today and I didnt paint any of the garage...it was simply too hot now, I'm not normally one to complain about the weather, I enjoy all weathers, but today and yesterday have been stupid in terms of temperature. I have not wanted to do anything, so no walk tonight.
I am also really still demotivated in terms of food and resisting cravings is going out the window. And helpful hints and tips on this needed, please!
I have done my exercises and I have done 10,000 steps, but this is not good enough. I also seem to be tired to the point of exhaustion every day, I never seem to have a day where I feel energised. I don't know what it different or what has changed, but I feel that something must have for me to still be eating badly and be this exhausted.
I will think about it more tomorrow. Perhaps its just because we are near to the end of the academic year and I really still have been working and exercising and etc? More tomorrow on that. But that's been my day and hopefully a better one tomorrow.
