It's been weird going back to school, almost like there is an air of normality to life again. Instead of spending hours in front of a computer or tidying, decorating and creating, I've been in school, teaching lessons. Although even that is weird, with only six or seven students in the classroom at one time. Having to use hand sanitiser a lot and make sure that kids aren't moving and also not being allowed to go around and see their work and help them. It's all very weird, but I'm staying strong.
Also I have been trying out my schedule for when work commences full time in September (maybe), so I've been getting up at 4.30 ready for a 5am start for my exercises. It's been hard but I have managed to do it and I am feeling good. It's energising to have done it in the morning and also to have a routine that I can stick to. Again, it makes everything seem more normal.
I have also begun to start recording my food in the morning so that it's there, done and it makes it harder to change my eating pla if I've already written it. I'd like to say that it's because of some scientifically proven methodology but I'd be lying, it's really just to do with laziness...I can't be bothered to change it. So once I've done it, I'll not change it.
I have also kept under calories, and qalked a lot today, so all in all I am staying strong and staying with it. And ill continue to do that no matter what. The one good thing about having a big blip is having a lot of motivation to get back on it.
So until tomorrow, stay strong and stay safe.
Thanks for reading.
Sean.
