Day 162: Moving In Th Right Direction.

Today I have been moving a lot and I have enjoyed every single second of it. From the moment I got up I was in the mood to move, to exercise, to keep going and that is what I have done. I think that this is the first time I have actually stopped all day. It has been hugely enjoyable, although I am looking forward to a day or two off from blogging because I have a lot to do tomorrow and Sunday is my step daughter's birthday. I will update my weight tomorrow on healthunlocked.com.


This is also going to be a very short and sweet blog tonight as I am having some time with the wife, a kind of dat-night if you will. We will be sitting in front of the television, she will have a cup of tea, I will have a cup of tea, there will be a twirl bar each and a romantic comedy on the screen: you can't get more romantic than that!


Today I walked a total of 21,453 steps, taking a walk in the morning into Leicester's very own nature reserve. It was a lovely walk and, with the amount of people walking, it seems that things are gradually returning back to normal. Every one was pleasant and said good morning and the scenery on the walk was also stunning, so we both thoroughly enjoyed it.


As you can see from the photo (The one from blog one is the top right) I have lost a little bit since first starting this, although to be fair the photos do not do justice to how much I have actually lost in terms of girth. My moobs are also beginning to actually look like a normal chest too...but I will not be complacent as there is far too far to go yet to start to think I have finished. I know I am a long way off and I am determined to do everything in my power to make sure that happens.


So here is to tomorrow's weigh in...hoping that I have lost some weight. I always feel nervous the night before the weigh in and today is no different. But we will see tomorrow.
